Shipping Policy
Last updated: June 19, 2026
We ship within Germany, the European Union, and internationally to the countries available at checkout.
Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days after successful payment, unless otherwise stated on the product page or during checkout.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays at our business location and, where relevant, carrier or destination non-operating days. Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are not counted in business-day processing or delivery estimates and may extend those estimates.
Estimated delivery times:
Germany: 2 to 5 business days after dispatch
European Union: 3 to 10 business days after dispatch
International outside the EU: 7 to 21 business days after dispatch
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.
Withdrawal and return deadlines are separate from delivery estimates. They are calculated in calendar days under our Withdrawal and Return Policy, including its weekend and public-holiday rule.
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed during checkout before the order is placed.
Free standard shipping thresholds:
Germany: free standard shipping from EUR 75
European Union: free standard shipping from EUR 125
International outside the European Union: free standard shipping from EUR 175 or the equivalent amount shown at checkout
Free shipping applies only to standard outbound shipping selected at checkout. It does not include express shipping, return shipping, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, local taxes, or other charges imposed by authorities, carriers, or customs offices.
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and other local charges may apply. Unless checkout expressly states otherwise, these charges are not included in product prices or shipping fees and must be paid by the customer.
Even if an order qualifies for free standard shipping, the customer remains responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and local charges outside the European Union.
Customers are responsible for checking local import rules and ensuring that ordered products may lawfully be imported into the destination country.
If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned because customs duties, import taxes, or local charges were not paid by the customer, we may deduct return shipping costs, carrier charges, customs charges, and other costs caused by the failed delivery from any refund, to the extent permitted by law.
For consumers under German and EU law, the risk of accidental loss or damage passes only when the goods are delivered to the customer or to a recipient designated by the customer, unless the customer selected a carrier not offered by us.
Statutory rights remain unaffected.
