The BARBARIAN GOLD WAR WRAPS are 43-inch Elbow Wraps designed for powerlifting, bodybuilding, weightlifting and heavy strength training.

The long wrap design allows you to adjust the tension around the elbows according to your preferred setup. Apply them tighter for a firmer feel during heavy working sets or use moderate tension for demanding training sessions.

Built for bench press, overhead press, dips and other loaded pressing movements where a secure and individually adjustable elbow wrap setup is required.

Wrap firmly, but never so tightly that you experience numbness, tingling, sharp pain, discoloration or reduced circulation. Stop use immediately if pain or discomfort occurs.

Check the wraps regularly for visible wear or damage. Discontinue use if the material, stitching or fastening system is compromised.
