Withdrawal and Return Policy

European Union statutory right of withdrawal

Consumers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period begins on the day after you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receive the goods. If several goods from one order are delivered separately, the period begins on the day after the last good is received.

How the 14-day periods are calculated

All 14-day periods in this policy are calculated in calendar days. Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are included. If the final day falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or legally recognized public holiday at the customer's place of residence, the deadline is extended to the next day that is not a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday.

You must clearly inform us of your decision to withdraw. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.

For EU statutory withdrawals, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the standard outbound delivery costs, no later than 14 calendar days from the day on which we receive your withdrawal notice.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you provide proof that you returned them, whichever occurs first.

We will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not be charged fees by us for the reimbursement.

For EU statutory withdrawals, you must return the goods no later than 14 calendar days from the day on which you notify us of withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Condition of returned goods and hygiene-sensitive products

Customers may inspect the goods as reasonably necessary to check their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

For hygiene-sensitive products and products with direct skin contact, including wraps, straps, sleeves, apparel accessories, and similar items, returned goods must be clean, unused, unwashed, and free from sweat, odor, stains, hair, skin residue, deodorant, perfume, or other signs of use.

If a product is returned in a condition that goes beyond necessary inspection, we may deduct compensation for loss in value from the refund. If the product can no longer be resold for hygiene or condition reasons, this loss in value may amount to the full purchase price, to the extent permitted by law.

If hygiene-sensitive goods are delivered sealed and the hygiene seal or sealed packaging has been removed after delivery, the right of withdrawal may be excluded where the goods are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons.

Statutory warranty rights for defective, damaged, or incorrect products remain unaffected.

Voluntary 14-day return policy outside the European Union

Customers outside the European Union may request a voluntary return within 14 calendar days. This period begins on the day after the customer, or a third party designated by the customer other than the carrier, receives the goods. If several goods from one order are delivered separately, the period begins on the day after the last good is received.

To use this voluntary return policy, you must clearly notify us within the 14-calendar-day period and dispatch the goods back no later than 14 calendar days after your notice. The calendar-day, weekend, and public-holiday calculation rule stated above also applies. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Unless mandatory local law requires otherwise, refunds under this voluntary policy cover the purchase price of accepted returned goods only. Original outbound shipping charges, express surcharges, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and other local charges are not refundable. We will process the refund no later than 14 calendar days after the returned goods are received and inspected.

Mandatory consumer, withdrawal, refund, and warranty rights under the law applicable at the customer's place of residence remain unaffected. Where mandatory local law grants more favorable or non-waivable rights, those rights take priority.
